How we work
As well as listening carefully to what Leeds people are telling us, we also have various groups of people who govern and guide our work.
Living in Leeds programme board
Project decision making
Our initial programme board provides operational and strategic leadership. Its membership brings together a wide range of relevant skills to offer advice and guidance to the programme team. Together, they also make key decisions, and challenge and scrutinise Living in Leeds as it explores the best ways to develop its approach.
We will also be forming an expert advisory group who will support the programme board by offering further specialist expertise and challenge. Members of this group will bring expertise in, for example, data ethics, law, research, social science and public involvement.

Who else is involved?
We will use what we discover to make a longer-term plan for the city over the following 18 months.
